Our course development methodology

This phased development methodology starts with problem analysis - understanding your learning objectives, the needs of your learners, your assessment criteria and the beliefs and values that you want emphasised in the learning environment.
In the next phases we develop a knowledge model for the learning content and an instructional model that specifies the instructional scenarios through a learning event network.

Finally we are ready to develop some learning materials, thus in the next phase we design and develop course resources (e.g. workbooks, study checklists etc) and their supporting media (e.g. video, audio recordings).

Once we've worked with you to develop the course we can assist you with its deployment. So in the final phase we help you develop business and delivery plans and internal systems for support, maintenance and quality management.
